Requirements
Graduate of an approved nurse practitioner program. Currently licensed and registered to practice in New York State. BLS, ACLS. Current NYS DEA registration. Infection Control certificate as mandated by NYS.
Long Term Care
Licensed Practical Nurse
Part time, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, various days
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current Practical Nursing Licensure with the New York State Department of Education. Must be able to document in the patient’s records. Able to successfully pass the Pharmacology exam. CPR certified.
Certified Nurse Assistants
Full time & part time, evening shifts, various days
Requirements
Completion of a certified nurse aide course. Must be able to read and write at the eighth (8) grade level to document in the resident’s record.
Dietary Department
Dietary Aide
Part time , various hours, various days
Requirements
Demonstration of 8th grade level of reading and writing; preference to GED or high school graduate. Dietary experience in an institutional setting preferred.
Dental Clinic
Dentist
Full time & Per Diem positions, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
