Physical Therapist

Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by theAPTA. License or eligible for license as a Physical Therapist in New York State.

Occupational Therapist

Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from a program accredited by the AOTA. License or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in New York.

Occupational Therapy Assistants

Requirements
Graduate from an accredited school with a two (2) year COTA degree and registration with the NYS Department of Education.

Speech Therapist

Requirements
Masters degree in speech-language pathology or its equivalent, as determined by the department, in accordance with the commissioner’s regulations. NYS license (or license eligible) as a Speech Language Pathologist. Ability to perform direct patient care. Holds a license for practice in New York State as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

       Medical Care Unit

Registered Nurses
Full time 7:00pm - 7:00am shift, various days

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current Registered Nurse Licensure with the New York State Department of Education. BLS required. ACLS & PALS preferred. Minimum of one year nursing experience. Bachelor of Science in nursing or bachelors degree in related field preferred.

Certified Nurse Assistants   
Full time 7:00am - 7:00pm, various days
Full time 7:00pm - 7:00am, various days

Requirements
Completion of a certified nurse aide course. Must be able to read and write at the eighth (8) grade level to document in the resident’s record.

       Urgent Care Center

Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner
Full time and Per diem, 24 hour shifts

Requirements
Graduate of an approved physician assistant or nurse practitioner program. Currently licensed and registered to practice in New York State. NCCPA certification, ACLS, trauma training.

Registered Nurses
Full time 3:00pm - 11:00pm shift, various days

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current Registered Nurse Licensure with the New York State Department of Education. BLS required. ACLS & PALS preferred. Minimum of one year nursing experience. Bachelor of Science in nursing or bachelors degree in related field preferred.

       Long Term Care

Licensed Practical Nurse
Part time, 6:00am - 2:00pm, various days
Part time, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, various days

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current Practical Nursing Licensure with the New York State Department of Education. Must be able to document in the patient’s records. Able to successfully pass the Pharmacology exam. CPR certified.


Certified Nurse Assistants
